Off Season Paddling
July 2024 to September 2024: Tuesdays (Beginning July 9, 2024) - 5:30 PM in parking lot, 6:00 PM on the water
October 2024 through february 2025: SATURDAYS (beginning October 12, 2024) - 7:30AM in parking lot, 8:00 am on the water
Off Season Paddle will be offered during our racing season! You can come out Tuesdays (summer) or Saturdays (winter), for a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Looking to see if Outrigger is the sport for you before committing to the whole season? Off season paddling is for you.
If you are new to paddling, or are a self-designated Non-Racer, then off season practices provide the perfect opportunity for you to come out. Our sessions are generally an hour and a half long and we provide the paddles and instruction on what to do.
Where do we meet?
We meet at the parking lot on the north side of Vacation Isle before entering Paradise Point. We will gather in the parking lot before walking towards the canoes past the North Cove Public Beach that is a part of Paradise Point. Paradise Point is located at 1404 Vacation Rd, San Diego, CA 92109. You must turn right before entering the resort.
What should I bring?
Bring water, sunscreen and clothes to get wet in! We have the paddles and the canoes!
